Welcome at CAMMP

CAMMP stands for Computational and Mathematical Modeling Program and is a project that aims to make the public aware of the social significance of mathematics and simulation sciences. For this, students and teachers actively participate in problem solving with the help of mathematical modeling and the use of computers in various event formats. They investigate real problems from everyday life, industry or research.

CAMMP is a project which was developed at the RWTH Aachen (student laboratory CAMMP) and tested for several years. Since January 2018 CAMMP also exists with a second location in Karlsruhe at the KIT and since 2024 at the University of Salzburg
